New Year's Eve Cocktail Recipe

When you ring in 2014, you don’t have to only toast with a glass of champagne.  Why not get a little creative with the start of a new year?  Brendan Dorr, the head bar chef at B&O American Brasserie, shared this recipe for your New Year’s Eve celebrations.

The Bitter End
.75 oz.       Campari
.75 oz.       Maurin Quina
.5 oz.        Lillet Rose
3 oz.         Domain Chandon Brut Rose

Method: Build all ingredients in a collins glass with ice.  Stir gently to mix.
Garnish: Spiral Twist of Orange
