Harbaugh on Jacoby Jones Incident

After TMZ reported Baltimore Ravens WR Jacoby Jones was injured after being hit over the head with a champagne bottle in Washington DC early Monday morning, coach Harbaugh said the player was "fine."

At a press conference held shortly after 4 p.m. Harbaugh said, "As far as [Jacoby] he's fine," adding that he was "not very impressed personally with the report. It's not something we want to be known's nothing to be proud of."

According to TMZ the incident occured after a brawl began on a party bus full of Ravens teammates after a night of partying in Washington DC. According to TMZ Jacoby was hit by a stripper named Sweet Pea.

According to a police report, an officer at 2:53 a.m. at 15th and I Street witnessed complainant Jacoby Jones bleeding from the head. Jacoby said he did not know how he had been injured, according to the report. Witnesses said two suspects left the scene. The police report lists several witnesses including Ravens OT Bryant McKinnie, David Coleman and Ravens Safety Christian Michael Thompson.
