TRAVEL-DISRUPTING SNOW POSSIBLE WEDNESDAY

A coastal storm will ride to our east, throwing moisture into building cold air overhead Wednesday. This means rain and snow mix developing for the entire area Tuesday night and for a very busy travel day on Wednesday. By the time it tapers late Wednesday, we could see up to three inches of snow here in the city, and maybe even up to four inches or so in places like Carroll County.

Victim Purposely Infected with Hepatitis C Calls David Kwiatkowski "The Devil"

On Monday David Kwiatkowski, who infected dozens of people with tainted needles filled with Hepatitis C was sentenced to 39 years in prison.

FOX45 spoke with one of  David Kwiatkowski's victims on Sunday. Linny Nelson, a Baltimore grandfather, was eager to see his attacker in court on Monday.

In 2008, Nelson had a procedure at the VA Hospital in Baltimore, where medical technician David Kwaitkowski was supposed to treat him. Instead, Kwaitkowski infected Nelson, a Korean War veteran, with Hepatitis C.

Kwaitkowski admitted to infecting dozens of patients with tainted needles.
