Candlelight Vigil for 8-Year-Old Troy Douglas Killed by Falling Wall in East Baltimore

Troy Douglas, the 8-year-old boy who was killed last week by a falling wall as he walked home from school in East Baltimore, is being remembered at a candlelight vigil Monday night.
The vigil is being held at 6 p.m. at William Paca Elementary School.
Douglas was walking home from school when a portion of a rowhome collapsed on top of him. Nearby residents reported hearing a "boom," before the building caught fire. The young victim was a student of William Paca Elementary School.
A viewing is scheduled for Tuesday, February 25th, from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the March Funeral Homes on East North Avenue in Baltimore. On Wednesday, February 26th, a wake is scheduled at 11 a.m. at the Church of Dynamic Deliverance on North Linwood Avenue, followed by a service at 11:30 a.m. at the same location.
