One Dead and One Injured in Separate Harford Co Train Accidents

One man is dead and another injured in two separate train accidents in Harford County this weekend.
According to the Aberdeen Police Department, a man died shortly before midnight Saturday when he was struck by an Amtrak train in Aberdeen. It is unknown why the man was on the tracks but officers found no signs of foul play.
Amtrak Train Police will be handling the investigation.
In a second incident, an 18-year-old male was injured Sunday evening on the CSX tracks in the area of Clayton Road in Joppa according to the Harford County Sheriff's Office.
The male was unlawfully riding the train when he fell off. He was transported to Upper Chesapeake Medical Center where he sustains minor injuries.
