A Qantas Airways flight from Los Angeles to Melbourne, Australia was forced to turn back Tuesday night after a water pipe started leaking.
One passenger said the water seeped through the floor and rained on passengers in economy class below. The Airbus A380 landed safely back at LA and Qantas put passengers up in a hotel overnight.
In a media release, Qantas said, "There were no safety or flight concerns with the water leak, however the captain decided to return to LA in the interests of passenger comfort."
Passengers videotaped the water rushing in the aisle of the plane.
