Dozens of residents gathered Tuesday night to speak out on plans for a major development planned in Towson.
The development, called the Loch Raven Commons, is expected to include more than 200 apartments and retail and commercial space. The property would be built on the old Raytheon property on Joppa Road and Mylander Avenue.
The project will need final approval from the Baltimore County Council before it can move forward.
