FOX45 News has uncovered new details surrounding the case of Lamont Davis who was indicted Friday in the shooting of a 5-year-old girl.

A Swine Flu outbreak at the city's detention center in June, prompted DJS to remove many juveniles from the facility.

Sources close to the system say there was a push for emergency hearings, and Lamont Davis' case came two days after the outbreak.

The court order from that proceeding shows Master James Casey remanded Davis back to DJS.

Three days later the Department of Juvenile Services made the decision to release Davis with a GPS ankle monitor.
