The filmmaker who captured ACORN workers in Baltimore giving tips on tax evasion is criticizing how the story is being covered.

James O'Keefe and his friend posed as a pimp and a prostitute while using a hidden camera to catch ACORN workers advising them how to file taxes on illegal activity.

O'Keefe is now demanding an apology from the Baltimore Sun, saying the newspaper is making false claims concerning how many tapes were made.

But the bigger issue may be whether the ACORN employees, as well as O'Keefe and his accomplice, could face legal action because of the undercover video. ACORN Bust Raises Legal Issues - Joy Lepola
