Baltimore county police say a couple killed their landlord because he threatened to evict them.
Michael DiMattei and Erin Steffy, both 35, are charged with first-degree murder in the death of 74-year-old David Weeks.
Weeks was found dead in his Rosedale home on Friday. He was in bed with a pillow taped over his head.
DiMattei was arrested on Monday and Steffy was arrested on Tuesday.
Weeks was to go to court Friday on an eviction notice against DiMattei and Steffy.
Officers are still looking for Weeks' 1999 Dodge Caravan, with license plate number 153M240.
Anyone who sees the vehicle is asked to call Metro Crime Stoppers at 1-866-7-LOCKUP.
