WBFF - Crime & Justice - Pepper Spray Used at Child's Party- Joy Lepola
A child's birthday party at a "moon bounce" business in Glen Burnie ended with police and paramedics rushing to the scene.

Parents said workers at Bounce Around, Inc. were being rude and disrespectful to children attending a 5-year-old girl's party over the weekend.

An argument ensued with the business owner, Thomas Shepeta, who claimed he was a police officer. Parents say he threatened to arrest everyone for trespassing, then pulled pepper spray on them.

Paramedics treated many people on the scene, and at least one person was taken to the hospital.

Anne Arundel County Police later arrested Shepeta for reckless endangerment and impersonating a police officer. One parent was also arrested.

Shepeta declined comment.
