Comment: They are cutting costs for budget cuts. Baltimore needs police and fire if money is laying around it should go to them not a soccer stadium. Just like Ms Dixon's raise she donated to her chartity she should have gave that raise them. City employees making over 100,000 they should have pay foughs equal to the effect that 5 days effects a person making 49,000 their pay should effect the same suffering as those making small saleries. The 5 days hurts the lower pay more than 10 days on someone making 100,000 from Baltimore Md. by Linda
