TONIGHT: Rain with isolated thunderstorms; breezy as Hanna approaches and makes landfall near the South/North Carolina border. Low: 70. Winds: SE 5-15 mph, gusting to 25 mph as winds shift to the NE.

TOMORROW: FLASH FLOOD WATCH (morning through afternoon); Heavy rain under cloudy skies with potential flooding as Tropical Storm Hanna quickly moves through the region, dumping 4-8" of rain with gusty winds; cooler.
